This survey is being carried out by NHS Bury CCG to seek feedback from the local population regarding any concerns or barriers they have experienced in relation to accessing regular rapid testing (rapid testing is for people that don't have symptoms of coronavirus), and to understand if this might impact on testing uptake and the use of the free lateral flow home testing kits.

All responses to questions will remain anonymous and will help shape our testing strategies for the people of Bury going forward.
