Earlier this year, Bury Council commissioned Campbell Tickell Management Consultancy to develop a Housing Strategy for the Borough, to meet the needs of different sections of the population at different stages of their lives.

A draft Housing Strategy is now available and the Council is currently undertaking a programme of formal public consultation, to ensure the proposals reflect the needs and aspirations of residents and stakeholders. Therefore, we would like to invite you to take part in the consultation to gain an understanding of your views and opinions. The results of the consultation will be used to further inform and develop the draft Housing Strategy.

As part of the consultation process, you will have the opportunity to take part in our online surveys. We will also be hosting two free webinars, one for residents and one for stakeholders, to gather input on the draft Housing Strategy.

All responses will be treated in the strictest confidence in accordance with the Data Protection Act (2018), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the guidelines of the Market Research Society. Campbell Tickell Management Consultancy will process returned survey data and feedback.

We hope that you will participate in this important consultation and look forward to your valued feedback. The consultation closes at 5 pm on Monday 22nd February 2021.

As part of the consultation process, we will be hosting two free webinars, one for residents of the borough and one for stakeholders, to gather input on the draft Housing Strategy.

Each event will feature a live presentation from Campbell Tickell Management Consultancy around the key themes of the draft Strategy and a Q&A panel session where you will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback.
